The first program under InterArts, it is a free two-day music and art event in St. Johns that challenged the festival model to bring economic prosperity and joyful noise directly to the neighborhood by utilizing only St. Johns venues and local artists. In 2012, the event flew the nest successfully operating independetly as a not-for-profit, LLC.
